Organization Purpose
The purpose of this organization is to help our members maintain property values, promote safe living without fear of crime,
and support our school district. We maintain an office and staff to provide support to our members, and information to the
community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to further promote the interests of our organization and our members to the community. We strive to make a
difference by educating the public and expanding our reach.

Expenses for 2008
Your yearly assessment is utilized as described below. Cost increases during a year may add to the cost of a yearly budget
proposal. The budget is based on $3.00 per month per home. In 2006 there is very little that you can purchase for less than
10 cents a day.
