ARTICLE XI - MISCELLANEOUS

Secion 1. (Restrictions) Members of the Association shall comply with the Restrictions Affecting Ruskin Heights. Any member may appeal the decision of the Restriction Committee to the Board of Directors for its decision on a violation of the Declaration of Restrictions.
