These By-Laws may be ammended at any Association meeting provided that Notice of such proposed Ammendment has been sent to each member within a period of not less than thirty (30) days prior to action at an Association meeting. Any ammendment must be approved by at least two-thirds (2/3) of those voting. Proposed ammendments are to be first submitted to the Rules Committee for consideration and consultation.
